Lori's Lesson

I was excited about Lori's lesson today because she showed me a great way to teach vocabulary to my students. I love the different creative methods that I am learning from everyone and I'm excited about trying new things with my students. I also love the "snowball fight" idea. That is a wonderful way to get my students engaged. Thanks Lori.

    I agree! The snowball fight idea is great!! I'm going to give this a try next year in my classes as a fun way to review sections of info with students!

    Angel, the snowball activity can get a little out of control, but, make your expectations clear from the beginning. I have had to cut the activity short due to students not following my directions. The good thing about that is the next time you attempt to do it, they will listen. If the class does an awesome job listening and attempting to answer questions to the best of their ability, I will allow them to have a round 2. (That is if no one throws their paper away prematurely.) Good Luck!!
