Our Stories
I wonder: what do our stories do when they are not being told? From talking with Kaye, Sylvia, and Beth, I am sure they have an answer to this contemplation.
The story is always there, patiently waiting to be picked up, polished up, and examined. I like your question....Stories are all around us, and our interaction to them coupled with our perception of them turn them into living, organic beings.
I sense that when our stories are never told, they shrivel away inside us. The knowledge gained is never shared. The questions are never answered. The train of thought is cut off. Wounds fester instead of healing. Victories are not celebrated. How tragic!
