I know what you mean. It is like a part of you that you struggled over and now have to send off into the world for others to look at and judge...this is hard stuff.
I have sympathy for you, but my narrative is still a work in progress because I am a work in progress; I didn't feel that connected to my piece. But I liked the piece!

ReplyDeleteI had to take the advice of other authors and "step away from the narrative". My story continues.
